The award-winning international television festival SeriesFest has become a must-attend destination event for entertainment industry leaders and fans alike since its launch in 2014. Founder and CEO, Randi Kleiner and co-founder and CCO, Kaily Smith Westbrook, announce today that the Denver, Colorado-based festival will return for Season Four June 22-27, 2018.

A celebration of compelling and creative content, SeriesFest is a global marketplace and community for creators, industry professionals and audiences. At a time when television is expanding and evolving like never before, the festival provides an opportunity to showcase a diverse range of original programming. This year’s festival will celebrate "The Year of Impact" with a musical performance and network premiere at the unique Red Rocks Amphitheatre, and six full days of in-competition screenings (categories include "Independent Pilot," "Digital Short Series," and "Late Night"), panels, workshops, as well as never-before-seen sneak peeks and television premieres. The full schedule will be announced within the next few weeks.

As a trailblazer in independent development, the festival cultivates new voices and discovers original content. Close to a dozen independent projects that made their debut at SeriesFest have since landed on mainstream distribution platforms including Season Three Independent Pilot Selection "Con Man," which was picked up by Syfy and Season Two winner of Best Writing in a Drama; "Dr. Illegal" was adapted into a new drama series by Gina Rodriguez and CBS; and the Season One Storytellers Initiative Winner has since landed a writing job with Jamie Foxx.<

Last year, SeriesFest featured over 65 screenings including seven world premieres and musical performances by Common and Lauryn Hill. Other notable panels included an Inside Look at Morgan Spurlock’s Warrior Poets, In Conversation with CNN’s THE NINETIES producers Mark Herzog and David Rivera, Understanding Diversity: A Two-Part Panel, Women in Entertainment and more. Commenting on this upcoming event, Kleiner and Smith Westbrook said, "SeriesFest is home to a wide range of narratives and we are proud to offer creatives a destination where their projects can be seen by a broader audience, and in some cases, get the kind of mainstream distribution they so rightly deserve. The passion of this community never ceases to amaze us and we look forward to sharing our incredible slate of content in the weeks ahead." Season 4 is presented in partnership with the Denver Film Society and receives generous support from Stephens College, Parallel Entertainment and Elysium Bandini Studios.

Passes will go on sale April 16th and tickets will be available starting May 31st. For more information, visit and follow @seriesfest on Twitter.
